30-Day Returns
Contact [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your goods to request a return. For ordinary returns, socks must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition and original packaging.
Request Authorization

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. The ordinary unused/original-packaging conditions do not prevent us from handling damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied goods. We cover return shipping for these cases and for our mistakes; contact us to arrange the appropriate resolution.
Return Shipping & Fees
For a change of mind, customers pay return shipping to the company address in France. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
After your refund is approved, funds will be returned to the original payment account within 10 days. Contact us if you need assistance with your refund.
